    What does the integration do?

    Onboarding creates users in Firstbase when added in Workday, offboarding starts the return process when users are deactivated, and updates flow through automatically.

    How do I connect to Workday?

    Connect via basic authentication (Workday username and password) or OAuth credentials — Firstbase handles the rest.

    Can I temporarily pause my integrations?

    Yes. Click Stop next to any workflow and restart it whenever you like. Employees onboarded or offboarded while paused may need to be created manually.

    How do I map departments or divisions to packages?

    Use Firstbase's 'Group Type' and 'Group Name' fields to map equipment packages to Workday departments or divisions.

    How often does the integration run?
