    What does the integration do?

    Onboarding: automatically creates users in Firstbase when added in ADP. Offboarding: starts the offboarding process when users are deactivated. Updating: syncs changes when users are updated in ADP.

    How do I connect to ADP?

    Create a practitioner account in ADP and provide your username, password and API key to Firstbase.

    Can I temporarily pause my integrations?

    Yes. Click Stop next to any workflow and restart it whenever you like. Hires/exits made while paused may need to be created manually.

    How often does the integration run?

    It runs once a day from the moment you start the initial sync.
